Shannon Malbrough, a New Orleans native, began her career in real estate in 2004 as the owner of Malbrough Title Abstractors. She conducted property title abstracts across local municipalities and also became a licensed realtor, later training others entering the field.
In 2009, she transitioned into the insurance industry as a claims estimator and earned her adjuster license in 2011. Shannon went on to work with multiple IA firms before joining a Michigan‑based TPA in 2018, where she specialized in non‑admitted carriers and advanced to Director of Claims, overseeing property and liability claims operations.
Shannon later joined Turnstone, where she continues to expand her expertise in insurance auditing.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. Together, they love hunting, fishing, travelling, and watching football
