After getting her bachelor’s degree in Law with International Relations in London, Laura entered the insurance industry in 2017. Laura began her career at a Lloyd’s syndicate, working within the claims operations department, she developed an understanding of DCA management and onboarding, bordereaux reporting and loss fund management. Laura also worked with the compliance department on complaint handling and worked closely alongside the delegated underwriting management team to gain an insight into how the auditing process worked from the client’s perspective. After moving across the pond to make New Jersey her home in 2022, Laura has been with TurnStone for 3 years and gets involved in both claims and underwriting audits.
Laura is an animal lover and a keen traveller; she is often not long back from a trip to an unusual, far-flung destination.
