The founder of TurnStone with over 45 years of experience across all business classes from an insurance and reinsurance perspective. Before setting up TurnStone, Steve managed the run-off of a portfolio of non-marine and aviation risks for a London managing agent of a major Japanese reinsurer. He was also a senior manager of two Lloyd’s syndicates and managed various international company run-off portfolios.
He advises clients in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, carrying out a range of specialist review and consultancy projects. These include delegated audit, claims and reserving analysis. The majority of Steve’s work focuses on the London market and domestic clients whose business covers risks written in North America.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys listening to all types of music and uses that time to switch off, refresh and refocus on the work at hand.
